Visitors from India, Bangladesh, and the Maldives
India: Indian visitors need a permit. You can apply for it in advance or through a tour operator or hotel. There are no advance fees. Alternatively, you can apply at your point of entry, though you might experience a wait depending on the number of applicants. If applying upon arrival, bring a passport-sized photograph and ensure you have travel insurance. The SDF is payable when you apply for your permit, either online or in person.
Bangladesh and the Maldives: Visitors from these countries require a visa. The process is similar to that for Indian nationals: you can apply and pay the SDF online, or handle it upon arrival. We recommend arranging your visa or permit in advance to ensure a smoother experience.
